10.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund fully the cost of your order provided that your request is received not later than 7 days after date of purchase. The user is under an obligation to inspect the service within that period of time.
10.2 If the service is not supplied properly or materially differs from the trial content, which is available at no cost, the term is extended to 14 days under the EU law.
10.3 Refunds will be initiated by Gradbootcamp within ten working days of receiving a customer refund request. Once initiated by Gradbootcamp please allow a further five working days for the banking network to process the refunded transaction. Should there be no response from gradbootcamp due to technical difficulties or staff absences, the user is free to request a refund via paypal system. Gradbootcamp does not contest any refund requests.
